Daily News – Miner. Another great site for keeping up
to date with what is going on in the Great State. |

Tribune . The Homer paper. Not a overwhelming web presence,
but it does give some information for a great little town. |

Daily Mirror. A nicely designed site with local news from Kodiak.
If nothing else, it is interesting to read about the bear sightings
in and around town. |

Empire . News from the Southeast of Alaska, including government
coverage. Great resource for keeping up with what’s going
on. |

The Anchorage
Press. The most read Anchorage newspaper. They don’t have
as much information on-line as and.com but their archive has some
great stuff. |

The Nome Nugget
. Alaska's oldest newspaper and a fascinating look into the
news of the western Alaskan Eskimo Communities. Well worth checking
out from time to time. |
