All photos and graphics on this site are owned and copyrighted by AlaskanOutfitting.com, unless noted by a photo credit. Some photos within these pages are public domain images. Please see the Public Domain Photographs Section below. Our photo policy only covers photos generated for this site. Use of images credited to other entities or photographers are owned and copyrighted by that entity or photographer. Please contact them for use of their images. In general, we would love to share our images if you have a use for them.

2. Photo images must be loaded locally to your site, not linked from our site. This will give you faster downloads and will conserve our server resources. Direct links show up quickly in our web logs so we will be able to track these abuses down.

To download a photo from our site from a PC simply right-click the image and choose “Save Image to Disk. From a Mac, hold the control key down and click on the image then choose "Downlad Image to Disk" from the menue.

If you are looking for public domain photos of Alaska, we recommend
the US Fish and Wildlife image library.
All images owned by AlaskanOutfitting.com are copyrighted. If you are
interested in using one of our photos for a commercial purpose, please

In many cases we are willing to give rights in return for just photo credits

6.6 Megapixel Canon 10D with Canon brand lenses. High-Res (3072x2048 pixel)

source for photos for commercial uses.
Some photos on AlaskanOutfitting.com are from the Public Domain. Mostly they come from two govermental sources, the Library of Congress and the Fish and Wildlife Services Image Library. They are good sources for images of certain subjects. If you are interested in any pictures credited to these sources, you should go to these sites to read their photo useage policies.
