The glacial silt is very obvious in the waters of the Eklutna Tailrace.
If you have ever visited the Eklutna Lake, you will probably recognize
the water because it is piped through the mountain and fed to the
power plant along the Old Seward Highway.
These pictures don’t show much fishing action because they were
taken between runs but there is plenty of action to be had.
