Ship Creek Railroad Inspection
Mr. Eades, Frank G. Carpenter, and Lieutenet Mears Inspect the
new railroad construction at Ship Creek. Lieutenet Mears was oneof
the first commissioners at the site. When he arrived at Ship Creek
he found a tent city had blossomed after the area was chosen to
